The Cold War would have been about moral degeneracy instead of just economics.

All of this digsusting liberal shit we see today is shit they warned us about.

With a National Socialist EU, I don't think America would have been as deeply involved.

America would have more likely stuck to ruling the waves and left Europe to the Germans for the most part.

See, if Germany wins the war, there's no reason for America to bail Europe out.

In Germany wins the war, there's no need for American boots on the ground.

America basically cuts straight to being the Thermonuclear Seapower.

With the Third Reich filling the void on the Continent instead of NATO.

I could see the British Isles remaining independent and potentially the Nazi Empire eventually fighting Russia before the advent of nuclear weaponry on both sides but maybe it never comes because both sides get the technology soon enough to discourage any invasion attempts. I wonder if the Nazi Empire conquers the Middle East for the oil fields...I mean wouldnt they need it and its right there (?) maybe without WWII playing out like it did maybe Iran is the border region where Russia controls east of it and Germany control Iraq.

The Germans simply couldn't sustain their lines of communication.

They bit off more than they could chew.

If they had simply lowered their horizon from Post Scarcity Utopia back down to just plain old practical imperialism, they could have won.

It was their hippie dippie all or nothing enviro-utopianism what brought them down.

Malthusian get rid of the people to make a Green Party Paradise fail.

Typical collectivist socialists.

Green Party's are just Nazis who lack the courage of their convictions.

They are definitely faggots without a doubt, but calling them communists is giving them the benefit of the doubt which they don't deserve. Russell Brand probably doesn't even know who Lenin is. I don't doubt that they are marxists, I just doubt they arrived at that conclusion by doing any sort of research or critical thinking. It always disappoints me when I see an artist/director/musician I like giving an interview. You realize that these people are basically just spewing the same rotting garbage every NPC moron in the liberal bubble is. They have immense talent in many cases but no insight. None whatsoever. Like, I love the wire, but after seeing David Simon's interviews, it is almost a fluke that he was able to make it, because he is this big gov't semen swallower, even though his show is evidence for how shitty this system is. I don't understand it man. He's like a bozo savant. This Phillip Roth book he's adapting will probably have good writing but an HIV positive message. Fuck him, but I like 3 of his shows.
One thing that mostly prevents most so called artist from being say traditional or religious in a dogmatic way is that simply based on their psychological profile they wouldn't be overall orderly or concientious . And those traits are correlated to political conservativism. Someone high or super high in Openness aka artsy isn't going to be traditional usually. Not always but on average as far as these things can be accurately measured ( which I have my own doubts but whatever ) I am an exception though to this professed " rule " of thumb and say the glaring outlier here is obviously Hitler himself . He was an artist and hugely orderly and obsessed with cleanliness etc. I'm not orderly but I'm a romantic believer in the past and in religion and in other mysteries etc.

Another highly underrated American General is Creighton Abrams.

If Abrams had been in command from the get go instead of Westy, that would be another pathway to America having won the actually very winnable Vietnam War.

It was two wars in effect.

The first war was under Westy, who had unlimited resources, but a bad plan, because he was offensive.

The second war was under Abrams, who had a the right plan, which was defensive, but America had quit by then, so he didn't have the resources.

If you go with the Abrams plan right from 65', then its very winnable, because you suffer vastly fewer casualties, and are thus able to sustain the effort, until such time as the NVA started smashing themselves on the ramparts in 68'

Are "media" generals usually the worst ones? You mentioned hating Schwartzkopf. As an aside, it does seem like even though some generals are loved by the media today, they are far less outspoken than the generals of the past. Like, idk of a general today who would say things like Patton, MacArthur, or LeMay did. Why do you suppose that has happened?

Westy was not a Schwarzkopf, he was World War Two hardcore, but yes, he was looking for a big splashy victory by offensive "Search & Destroy", and that caused casualties, and casualties is what lost the war.

The Abrams plan was not splashy, it required patience, basically dig in, let them come to you, wait them out.

In a war with MacArthur vs Patton, who do you think would win, assuming they had the same quality of men same budget etc? Patton forte seemed to be speed, but MacArthur did some ballsy stuff like Inchon.
