Who knows, but that must have been Spain back when he was filming the Spaghetti Westerns with Sergio Leone. Most of those Italian films were actually shot in Spain. Would have been at the height of Franco's power in the mid-1960s.
Unforgiven is one of the best westerns ever made. Of course, The Outlaw Josey Wales makes the final cut too. Hang em High and Pale Rider aren't in quite the same league, but they are fun movies. I like the Sergio Leone collaborations too, but not as much as Unforgiven.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
Also, 64th aniversary of the glorious revolution. Power to the people.
