According to the Colorado Department of Public Safety, arrests in Colorado of black and Latino youth for marijuana possession have increased 58% and 29% respectively after legalization.
Wait... they legalized marijuana in Colorado, and started arresting minorities for marijuana possession? Is this actually happening?

If it's arrests made by the State I'm guessing it's nothing more than a parking ticket just like an underage drinking ticket. If it's the Feds arresting them, then they need to F off.

It's like alcohol of cigarettes there- no minors allowed. If a local cop caught a kid with a can of beer he'd be in trouble, shouldn't be any different for weed based on current law.
