My daughter was born at the UT Medical Center, about a decent 3-wood away from the Body Farm, and just across the river from the Animal Science campus where she now wants to go learn to be a veterinarian. The Body Farm had her wanting to be a Clarice Starling when she was 15; now I'm just thankful she is interested in working for someone other than the state. I used to hike the trails on the UF campus. Behind the Phillips Center there was a wooded area with trails and they had a body farm for animals. No idea what it was for, but they had a decomposing fox that they put some kind of protective casing around so that animals couldn't get it. Maybe it was the department of agriculture doing a study.
