p.s. I ended up tethering to someone with a cellphone. (My cellphone has the old grandfathered "Unlimited" plan so it won't tether.) Luckily this person had enough bandwidth left for me to take it all.

Need some hashtags on that video to hit the audience that searches Instagram via hashtags. Some non-vetted examples off the top of my head: #liberty #hash #politics #welfare #charity #altruism #libertarian #democrat #republican
That way folks randomly looking for Instagrams related to their interests (Say, someone searching Instagram for the latest #politics posts) will run into your content.

Most free wifi is the same way. If you can make a hotspot on your phone then link a laptop to it and do it from there. Most plans include at least a few gigs a month of hotspot.
