Brexit hadn't happened yet then either, but it was Brexit's fault anyway.

Now the economy is good, but that's NOT Brexit's fault.

When the economy suffers, that's Brexit's fault. When it's strong, not Brexit. Get it straight everyone.
When we actually get to achieve Brexit and the ten year long process of creating new trade deals with the EU begins then we can talk about the Brexit effect. Until then it's all just politicking either way and claiming I blamed the fall in the markets the day after the vote on Brexit is a strawman because I never said any such thing....
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Britain's allies are worried Brussels will turn against them and punish them for having such positive trading relations with the divorcee.

A new club of nations has come together to stop Brussels’ “protectionist tendencies” at the same time as looking for fresh alliances with other member states.
