The campaign doesn't really have anything to do with qualifications, there are no qualifications to be President, only a former President can be qualified to be President, the campaign is a crucible, to test how good you are on your feet, in a battle of ideas, and how your team performs therein, all Presidents learn how to be President, OJT, even Eisenhower, even Lincoln, even Washington.

I think if a candidate rocked the bald like a bad ass, bald like Kojak loud and proud, and was otherwise fit and full of vim and vigour, they could pull it off.

The hair thing is really about ageism, the age of the president being the concern, it's more about being fit and full of vim and vigour; "high energy" v. "low energy" meme, Trump ain't young, but he won the energy war hands down, when Hillary went for a spill getting into the limo, that was bad ju-ju.

I guess you don't buy into the idea that Sanders could have beat Trump? As a panty waist myself, I like to believe he could have, but I don't know if vim and vigor is how I would describe him.

I don't think he would have, MAGA is back, Sanders couldn't have stopped it, he's too much of an America hating secret commie, MAGA would have crushed him worse than it crushed Hillary, in the districts which counted, Trump is not right wing enough to drive the swing voters away, but Sanders is too left wing to come with that shit and beat MAGA, the nationalism card is ascendant worldwide, not just in America, but it sho is asendant in those swing districts in Ohio et al.
