HA! No. But I am in the market for one. That was the wife's first response, to which I said that I have been googling about for one. Shit, I am thinking about setting up a stall at the local farmer's market and selling sausages. We make killer food.

By hand is fine for a few pounds, but the volume I do is not very practicable. We did a bull last Winter and we ground 370 pounds, and you have to grind it at least twice.

I use a ProCut #22

The LEM is good bang for the buck. The one I suggested to Haumana is a little over $500.
The monster I got was nearly $1600.

If Haumana can get his raw materials for free, and sell at the local market........... It's worth it.
