I'm still dumbfounded why they (Feds, NY Governor, NYC, FAA, and our Governor) didn't halt all flights out of NYC once they saw the explosion of cases at NYC.

On a good note, I was notified yesterday I will be doing half days at work starting Monday. I've been out of work since the end of March.

I kind of suspect that is exactly what they were going to do and Trump deliberately fucked it up when he talked to a press camera, saying they were thinking about completely quarantining the city. Then New Yorkers fled the city, making it pointless.

Either he is just incredibly stupid (entirely plausible) or he deliberately wanted to stop the quarantine from happening and knew that spilling the beans before they carry it out makes it irrelevant.
