The WHO fucked up large, Trump has made mistakes sure, whether he admits to them or not, but that doesn't mean he isn't allowed to mention the WHO's obvious fuck ups

China obviously carries the blame for the virus emerging and spreading. But when it has spread to other countries, dealing with it becomes the destination country's leadership's responsibility. Doesn't help to respond to how one should deal with a current situation in one's own country by continually saying: "...but it started in China!". Yes, it did, everyone knows... now what are you gonna do about it here?
