It's an honest question. I am rather curious.

I don't know.
I suspect it would be considered treasonous.
Parliament is Supreme.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Do you now, or have you ever, made or observed a pledge to Citizen Louis Capet?

It means that he can't get shit passed in the Commons. He's a lame duck on his first week in Parliament as leader.
Once he wins the election, he'll be fine.
Make that 3 out of 3.
Boris's call for a general election failed to reach the required majority.

If Boris fails to make a new deal by the time of the deadline and is forced to apply for an extension it is expected that he will resign since he has staked his reputation on ''leaving with or without a deal by Oct 31st''.
This would make him the shortest-serving PM in history.

ps Farage has said tonight that without a no-deal Brexit by 31st oct he will oppose the Tories in all 650 seats, splitting the vote on the right.
Expelled Conservative MPs are likely to stand as independents or resign as Churchill's grandson did tonight.
Boris's pro-immigration stance makes a coalition with Farage difficult although there may be another leader of the Tories by the time of an election (after the deadline).

Say what you like, it has been an interesting few days.
The Speaker of the House was asked if it was possible (tongue in cheek) to call for a vote of no confidence in the opposition after the election vote was defeated tonight. I LOLed.

Parliament is Supreme.
The opposite would be treasonous. Their oath is to the Queen. To take Parliament's side would be to violate their blood oaths to God, which for warriors is quite dishonorable in most cases.

The queen has no power to deploy troops. That power lies with Parliament.
She is a non-political figurehead.
The oath is to the Crown which in practice means the nation.

Neither does our Constitution, but enemies thereof are also my enemies, even if they are in Congress.

To whom your troops owe their allegiance means everything.

Parliament out-ranks Her Majesty.
It was rumoured that the Queen was against the war in Iraq. Our troops still went.

Who is their commander in chief?

This is now a circular argument.
