Why would Holocaust survivors live longer than control groups who did not endure Nazi Death Camps?
Are there other examples of this from places like Soviet Gulags ?

Myths of the 20th century podcast sort of alledges that. It's funny how the leaks didn't start with Johnson but did with Nixon. As if Johnson wasn't corrupt as hell.

Wouldn't he have figured it out himself in that case and told us? They didn't kill him after all.

Probably because they’re happier than anyone to be alive and free. Also, immune to work stress.
