Jimmy was a bad ass, and the Duke knew it. Bet dat.
I'm not a big Lee Marvin fan. I never got into the Dirty Dozen. However, the Man who Shot Liberty Valance is my favorite John Wayne Western of all time. Marvin nailed that role. Also, I love the Delta Force. Fuck the Haters. Great Film. Great Message. Marvin was the hero we needed to rescue the pilots from those PLO (Bad B.O.) hijackers...

I'm trying to think of a movie which does Delta any justice.

The Sicario movies have some good Operator scenes.

Sleep tight, sucker.

Norris had some kill catch phrases that would have out wordplayed Connery's bond. In fact, Norris from Delta Force would have made a good bond. Dude had mad acting chops, probably could have faked a british accent easily and remade the franchise in a better way.

A lot of accurate combat in that movie too. Realistic motorcycle rocket launchers on the front and back of bike plus an actual real life sounding silencer. Michael Mann's Heat could have taken a few lessons from Delta Force on how to make realistic gun sounds.

Interestingly, all those Delta Force guys used Uzi's, which made it additionally realistic. I fucking love Delta Force. I used to have the VHS of it.

Delta Force is so bad its good.

I don't hate on Delta Force.

I am a Lee Marvin fan.

None the less, Delta Force is more of a romantic comedy than a military movie.

Thing about Delta, they don't do media.

The SEALs are Hollywood Whores, the SEALs will do anything for media attention.

That's why there are so many SEAL movies.

Delta is old school; the first rule of fight club is that you don't talk about fight club.

Yeah man its great lol. So cheesy that I think the VHS tape pasteurized my VCR as a kid. Awesome fucking movie. Chuck Norris is often watched ironically, but we got this is a solid fucking 80's action movie out of him. And it makes you feel positive about America. Can't help it. The guys are stabbing arab terrorists, using ziplines, fucking good stuff.

Once America eventually succumbs to Marxist disorder and collapses, I hope that Delta Force is secured in some vault. Maybe in 1000 years, that is what future humans will remember us by, not by transgender middle school guests.
