A few tweaks here and there, no doubt, but having the private health care pay for the public option is the way to go. America pays the most and gets the least bang for their buck, it's not that hard to improve on that, it really isn't.

Yeah, that's the only way to go globally, but the rest of Switzerland is pretty specific to Switzerland, and if that is what liberals like, they should be made to go to Switzerland to get it rather than try to pound that peg into America's hole.
