Was his treatment of Kavanaugh any different? Anytime someone brings up a point to counter SJW theory - the left calls them racist and privileged and demands that they do penance.

No, it wasn't. But a better way to frame it is to say it like you did to me.
Having been on the receiving end of that, I can tell you it is infuriating. Kath did it to me once when I pointed out her example of "rape culture" was yet another rape hoax. The rape hoaxer was a teen girl, so Kath proceeded to accuse me of supporting the rape of teen girls.
I fucking hate that shit with a passion, even when done to them.

Yeah, but it's easy to figure out... The them to a ladder and douse them in water for several minutes, if they're dead from drowning when you bring them up, they were innocent. If they are still alive they're a witch.
Strangely this method has never come up with any proven witches, just dead innocents... But hey, one might be found any day now.
