Good shit dude. I will not have time to read/watch/unpack these ideas today, but I am going to check these links out tomorrow. You consistently make some of the most interesting threads on this forum imo. Always enjoy your topics.

I'm about to be leaving my house. As I said, I will check this stuff out for sure. I really like these threads. History of ideas is one of my favorite things to discuss. You, me, and maybe 2 or 3 others on here seem to enjoy these topics.

How important was Martin Luther to the Protestant Reformation? Who was more influential, Calvin or Luther? How and why were they different?

In this podcast Professor Peter Marshall of Warwick University takes you through the importance of Martin Luther to the Protestant Reformation, the implications of Luther's teachings, how Luther's teachings were interpreted and mis-interpreted, the need for support from the political authorities, internal protestant disputes, the rise of Calvin and a comparison of Luther and Calvin.
