If he could have, I think he would have. He Nationalized Education and pseudo-Nationalized Health Care. But that's not the debate here. The issue is Obama and his sycophants are refusing to honor the results of the election and actively working to undermine the elected government of the United States. It is a very dangerous precedence. Should it continue, it will end badly for the country.

That is all true but what you outlined wasnt that. That was working with governors to craft policy. If it was unelected bureaucrats doing that shit, boil them in oil.
