A U.S. tank drove over one body, cutting the man in half.
lol I can empathize with the driver, I've driven tanks in Battlefield and those things control like a tank
Add to it the wonderful vision looking through the periscope.

No dude. Driving a tank is no different than driving a ford windstar. When I think tank, I think big wide windshield and a whole lot of visibility.

Or maybe I have that completely wrong.

Imagine driving a 60 ton vehicle in the middle of a bombed out war zone of a city, with no fucking lights, and bomb craters fucking everywhere from the IEDs that go off every damn day.

Oh, and you get to look through a slit in the armor six inches wide and two inches tall.

Here it is, the Official Report on the Apache Attack
https://web.archive.org/web/20131020142 ... gation.pdf

And even Wikipedia said this
The crew estimates the group is twenty men. Among the group are two journalists working for Reuters, Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh.

A crew member requests authorization to engage after seeing five or six of the men, moving in the direction of U.S. soldiers. A long shadow cast on the ground by a telephoto lens on Noor-Eldeen's camera is misidentified by the pilot as an additional RPG aimed at him and a U.S. Army humvee directly below his aircraft. One second later he screams, "He's got an RPG!"

No War Crimes

I remember reading reports that many weapons were pulled from the area prior to US forces getting to the scene.

Well, it’s certainly possible that he threw away his career to point out some shit that every soldier accepts, and is just a part of the normal business of war... unlikely, but possible.

It’s also possible that US troops have suddenly ceased to commit war crimes, since Vietnam because war is changed, or the entire army is different - just unlikely.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Snowden at least is coherent and displays logical thinking and intelligence. Truth is Bradley Manning has likely always been a mentally troubled dude with gender dysphoria and a serious victim complex that was exacerbated by his mother who had a history of mental illness.
Should have never been in the Army, but he signed his name and raised his hand. Then he committed treason.

Why do so many hang their arguments on such a fucked up person ?
