Not clear why his sister wanted him to go after the totally-not-Trump bad guy... or why she infiltrated Watson's life, or why she's suicidal, but I suppose it's part of Moriarty's game somehow. She must have been working for him, for some reason. If not, it's just another gaping plot hole that I'll ignore because I love the character and the mysteries.
Mrs. Hudson's bit was friggin' hilarious.
