Have you ever been to this subreddit before? There is some pretty shocking stuff there about the Rebellion!

Come on! It is a guerrilla force fighting against her own, technically legitimate state. Obviously they are terrorists.

Did ya'll think the rebellion never did anything morally questionable in their fight to bring down a galactic empire? And unless the Empire has full, lifetime conscription or something, the rebels definitely hurt imperial civilians.
But didn't the Prequels state that all Strom Troopers were Boba Fett clones??? :o

Did Finn look like a clone of Boba? Later troopers aren't clones.

This one was pretty good. Set during the Times of Trouble, a slave has to impersonate his killed Spanish mercenary master, and goes on to nearly become Tzar.

This is one of those films which you end up thinking about for days after you have seen it. From 2011 a low budget independent movie well worth watching.
How could the great plague begin? Perhaps with the loss of one of the five senses. Start with smell — not an essential sense, until you think of the sensations triggered by the olfactory function. A poignant synesthesia attends the whiff of a rose, or coffee, or sea air, or the perfume of a passing woman. A hospital corridor. A cigarette kiss. Fresh bedsheets, or dirty ones. The scent of roast beef as it cooks succulently in the next room, or as it starts to burn. “Cinnamon might have reminded you of your grandmother’s apron,” says the narrator of Perfect Sense. “Without smell, an ocean of images disappears.” Our collective memory is instantly and cruelly impoverished.

The narrator is Susan (Eva Green), an epidemiologist in Glasgow, who first notices the olfactory disability in a local truck driver. Soon thousands in Scotland, England and Western Europe have suffered the same loss. It hits Susan, too, and Michael (Ewan McGregor), the attractive chef at a restaurant across the alley from her apartment. The two pursue an affair as their world begins to crumble. Smell is just the first of the senses everyone loses — and quickly, too quickly. As Susan notes, “They don’t even have time to give the disease a name.”
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Yes, but he was ordered to report for "re-education" or something when he failed to follow orders. So apparently, the empire brainwashes them into following commands and not shooting well.

The storm trooper hit rate in the first scene of Episode VII is their greatest military victory in all 8 movies so far.

I don't know much about Star Wars, but I've heard the clones were the first batch, but later on they weren't clones anymore.

Nobody knows anymore. Disney wiped out 30 years of Expanded Universe, so it's all about what's in the movies now.
