It's the same "swamp behaviour" you people were so angry about with Hillary.
Not even fucking close.
So you really think that people paying 500K $ or 1m $ to a foundation genuinely want just to go hunting with Eric? No strings attached? Oh no, it's not "pay to play", because "pay to hunt" is different. Or as the flyer puts it: "Opening Day is your opportunity to play a significant role as our family commemorates the inauguration of our father, friend and President Donald J. Trump. Join us as we celebrate the great American tradition of outdoor sporting, shooting, fishing and conservation"
Here's what you could have gotten for 1 million $ for the "Bald Eagle" event:
BALD EAGLE | $1,000,000
+ Private reception and photo opportunity for 16 guests with President Donald J. Trump
+ Four autographed guitars by an Opening Day 2017 performer
+ Elite Hunter's Package with commemorative custom details -Multi-day hunting and/or fishing excursion for 4 guests with Donald Trump, Jr. and/or Eric Trump, and team
+ Outfitter’s Pro Package* with commemorative custom details
+ 85 VIP guest tickets -Early event entry -Access to VIP Lounge
+ 200 General Admission guest tickets
+ Priority Listing on all printed material
+ Name recognition on invitation materials, must respond immediately
I like the way it says "all net proceeds" going to conservation charities. I wonder what percentage that will be after deductions for "administration".
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
Slow news week. Top headline is Obama saying he would have beaten Trump.

He said he could have mobilized more voters read "black voters." This is true. However according to the electoral college vote results Trump would have beaten Obama. Some people have crunched le numbers and Trump actually defeats Obama circa 2008 iirc assuming all things stay the same and we are simply swapping out names.

It happens because Trump swung the Midwest. But this is against Hilary and of course I don't assume the same trajectory against Big O. Point is Trump's numbers actually dealt Big O's a defeat. Of course we need some articles penned by our president on why this is not the case because most of us can't rub two brain cells together. Actually looking at you dear reader.

I missed this story
You know, I am confident in this vision because I'm confident that if I -- if I had run again and articulated it, I think I could've mobilized a majority of the American people to rally behind it.
Umm, didn't Hillary technically mobilize a majority of American people? Thanks Obama.
And contrary to all the "real news" headlines he never actually said he thought he would win. I did have an urge to wince a little when I saw Trump's tweeted response.
