Well, the nomination is coming Tuesday now.

That's total horseshit, Kath. You are talking about men giving up and losing their children after losing everything. I have been through the process. the judge will NEVER just make a decision like that in a contested divorce. It will drag on for years and year, and the man will have to pay all legal fees, until he is destitute and can no longer defend himself. Then it's over.
