It is innuendo. You are hinting that there is something to process beyond the simple fact that four deputies hid instead of engaging. You can back pedal away from your innuendos when taken to task on them all you like.
This is a fun new talking point, though. Pathologize. I don't pathologize the pro-2nd team. In fact, I think they are right. Slowly chipping away at constitutional rights in the interest of safety is a terrible idea.
