I'm going to see mum tomorrow so I think I'm going to make a pumpkin pie for the first time with a butternut squash I was given today. I've got a basic recipe, are there any good tips I should know?

Pumpkin pie just came out of the oven. Recipe says allow to cool but that's never going to happen it smells too nice to wait. As soon as we've eaten our cassoulet It's getting served with some vanilla ice cream.
