I grew up on the West Coast, I never knew where the anti-Jewish thing was coming from. I couldn't tell a Jew from a Catholic. In fact, I always sort of admired them even when my close Lebanese friend was ranting. Later in life I moved to NYC then Miami. OMG! The we're special, God's Chosen People, Jew first American 2nd attitude was overwhelming. NOW I know where the anti-Semite thing comes from.

Sephardic Jews actually aren't bad. They came to the south from Britain in the slaving business and really got along fine. Fully supported the confederates. New York and the coasts are another story imo.

Interesting side note and this is really taking the thread off topic: General Order no.11 was issued during the civil war to keep Jewish gun salesman from following Ulysses S. Grant's army around in Tennessee . Some people have misconstrued this to mean that the south was full of Jewish merchants but the reality is they were camp followers from the north and bringing in prostitution and other manner of things. Of course Abraham Lincoln and others quickly rescinded this order for unknown reasons.

Imagine there's this chick Shep, and she's with this Spanish dude who beats her, so she leaves him and gets with this British dude who treats her well. Her sister lives down the street with a German dude who ends up murdering her. Shep is feeling pretty good about where she is.

British dude tells Shep he's leaving the community. Doesn't like the neighbors anymore, so Shep runs back to her old boyfriend and exchanges numbers so she can keep that door open, you know, just in case. She doesn't know how it's gonna go with British dude in the new neighborhood, so she wants to make sure she leave him and go back the Spanish dude who used to beat her.

Fuck that ho. Her ass would be on the fucking curb in one second.

Britain has world's top economy after Brexit
Point of order, there has been no Brexit yet and it will be at least two years before we do have it. Claiming credit for our 2.5% growth for Brexit is at best stretching credibility, that growth has occurred whilst we are members of the EU not because we have left as we haven't yet left.
We are still in a before Brexit state not an after Brexit one.
Seems too obvious to be worth pointing out but oh well...... :naughty:
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Remember the day after the vote, all the people saying, "LOOK!! Look what you've done to the economy!"

Brexit hadn't happened yet then either, but it was Brexit's fault anyway.

Now the economy is good, but that's NOT Brexit's fault.

When the economy suffers, that's Brexit's fault. When it's strong, not Brexit. Get it straight everyone.
