Puerto Rico has been keeping power to the island by subsidies, they cannot afford the grid they have.

We still have a fair amount of vegetation debris lying all over the streets. There are simply not enough dump trucks to get the job done. Our city got a "get the stuff cleaned up now" letter from the State of Florida, but we can't imagine trucks out of thin air.
