Garrett Rolfe, the Atlanta police officer fired after the killing of Rayshard Brooks last week, now faces 11 charges including felony murder, which could potentially lead to the death penalty, a Georgia district attorney announced Wednesday.
A second officer, Devin Brosnan, is facing three charges, including aggravated assault, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard Jr. said at a news conference.
How do they get 11 charges on the guy? How does the non-shooting officer get aggravated assault?

^ the guy swung what looks like a skateboard at him... That could easily do some damage.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes... He got 4 bullets as his prize.
Mayor Keller calls for civil guard militia to be labeled a hate group
...“We are also working with federal authorities to hold these groups accountable to the fullest extent of the law,” said Mayor Keller during a Tuesday press conference. “That includes federal hate group designation and prosecution.”...

Why was the cop working alone, without a partner? Or were they?
Go watch the videos. That you asked this tells me you haven't seen the videos. Then come back and state your position, not the one the media tells you to have.
I didn't waste my time or mental energy watching yet another cop video, no.
But if you're implying that they did have a partner present, then they were hardly in mortal danger from a Taser.
Do you know what a Taser does? Running on a parking lot you get hit with a Taser your muscles convulse, you lose balance, you can easily hit your head on the concrete. Don't be a soccer mom, bitch.
The Atlanta DA in that press conference is in for a world of hurt. The Officers attorney now claims they never agreed to be a state's witness and testify against the other officer and will not be pleading guilty. Then the GBI came out and stated they aren't even done with their investigation (that the Atlanta PD asked for) despite what the DA said and had no clue about the press conference.
Sounds like the DA is trying to jump the gun and set the tone so if the GBI comes back and justifies the shooting the DA can blame the rioting afterwards on the "racist GBI".
I'm getting tired of criminals and idiot cops getting together to drag the country through the mud.
Brooks beat his own kids. Not many redeeming qualities.
The cop was stupid, no situational awareness. No understanding of the bigger picture. You don't shoot a black guy in the back in the current atmosphere.
Everyone is running on emotion. The criminals, the cops and politicians. The politicians that set the law enforcement policy, approved the training and hired the cops are going to fry this cop. These are not serious adults, they are emotional juveniles.

We need 2 Americas. This is past out of hand.

As of right now, all zones 1-6 in Atlanta PD are not answering calls. Sheriffs office said no to mayor. GSP is only handling crashes. Correction officers from jail being forced to answer 911 calls. Mayor is freaking out. #AtlantaPD #itshappening
