It's kind of sad that the reason nobody is going to want to negotiate with conservatives is the craziness. If they weren't so crazy, I am sure we could loosen things a little with the understanding it's probably going to tighten up again by Fall. But you can't negotiate with crazy.
Really, it's worse than crazy. Most crazy people know they are crazy. They have some idea that these fucked up thought patterns can cause them trouble. Conservatives out on the streets right now don't even see it. They think this is anywhere between a hoax and "just a flu, bro", and it's fucking bonkers.
You are your own worse enemies here. And if the fatalities skyrocket in the republican states, the GOP is fucking cooked come Nov.
