Why would Putin make this offer if he blew up Nordstream himself. If he wanted close off service, why didn't he blow up this one too?

Thank goodness for Seymour Hersh, it's a very detailed article, so detailed, how are they going to deny it.

This was as much an attack on the European people as it was Russia.

This was as much an attack on the European people as it was Russia.

I assumed it was the Brits actually. The only effect of this was pulling Germany into a suicide pact. Russia already had the taps turned off.
