Thanks for that link. I just sent it to my kindle and that PDF renders nicely.

I realize I mentioned it in the first page, but I think you guys glossed over this not really knowing what it was:
This novel is really great shit that speaks to masculinity and the dreams of men. It sort of goes with Tarzan in that respect. Must read.

I have not read that.
Its making me want to read/listen to it on audible eve more when I see remarks about how racist and sexist it is or the author was! haha. I've never read it though. Tarzan that is. Seems like a story right up my alley.
