Update:
On my second chapter of Keto -- 2 weeks this time (NO FUCKING BEER) and 1 week like a month ago:
Beer belly
completely gone, it just melted away, I no have no fat except the minimum necessary to survive, and I experienced no drop in energy throughout all this. I eat 2 meals a day and its plenty, work out every day without feeling weak.
Tomorrow is my last day, on Friday/Saturday I am having a massive extended party, so many folks there will be a tent village in my backyard,
all the carbs will be mine.
To the rest of you fatties, this diet works.
