After this, we really need to come up with a list of essential industries and forbid those industries from being offshored. Never again do I want my country in this situation. This is disastrous and was utterly predictable.

I missed the part in the movie where they got into their vehicles after a days work, stopped by the store/resturant/dry cleaning, went home and watched TV, got food out of their fridge, slept in a queen/king size bed with their spouse and had a peaceful sleep where no one was trying to purposefully kill them over the next 4 years.
But no, yeah, it JUST like frontline troops storming and enemy beach.
