Libertarians have real problems agreeing on an ideology and separating themselves from anarchists. I don't think it much matter what they do, ans they're too disorganized to make much of an impact anywhere.
The current struggle is Nationalist vs Globalist - or those who believe America and being American means something and has value, and those who do not. That's why we have one party embracing the idea of America, and the other constantly trashing America and pulling in as many non-Americans as possible under the guise of "human compassion" (just no compassion for their fellow countrymen, but ignore that part, lulz).

Just looking at the aggregate fertility rate of a nation is interesting, but does not tell the whole tale. Traditional (i.e. not maladapted) people still have fertility rates at or above replacement, including here in the United States. Our fertility rate is slightly below replacement because leftists have a fertility rate that is utterly abysmal. Pretty much most of what births they have are coming from uneducated single mothers living on their welfare plantation. Educated leftists have -- at best -- about one child. Many of them don't even have one child.
Same thing is happening in Latin America. Birth control coupled with the legalization of murdering your own babies is weeding out degenerate genetics from the human gene pool.
Fertility rates are below replacement at the national level everywhere because leftists are selecting themselves for extinction.

Separate that by liberal and conservative and you see a very different picture. Conservative women (or non-pozzed women on what we call the "right") are at slightly above replacement numbers right now. Traditionalist women are well above replacement. But all the groups of women on the left have a fertility rate below 0.5.
Aside from one BS CNN poll, I can find no polling data on how Americans felt about Trump's primetime address.
Did all the pollsters simply decide that Trump's first prime time address given amidst a record-setting government shutdown wasn't worth polling people over?
