Evidently the Wall Street Journal are the ones who notified Disney.

Disney needed to clean house a long time ago, this shouldn't surprise anyone... when you deal with self-absorbed idiots, you get shit like this.Okeefenokee wrote:WTF
What do you make of this? He's the highest paid youtuber. Think he knows what he's doing?Disney Cuts Ties With PewDiePie After Anti-Semitic Posts
Felix Kjellberg (PewDiePie) has posted nine videos featuring anti-Semetic comments or Nazi imagery, the Wall Street Journal reports. These include a video of men paid by Kjellberg to hold up a sign reading "Death to All Jews" (Kjellberg later referred to this as a joke gone too far) and another with a man dressed as Jesus who says, "Hitler did nothing wrong." Multiple other videos feature swastikas, while another includes photos of Hitler, with Kjellberg wearing a "Make America Great Again" cap. The Nazism has expanded to audio: In a January 14 video he played the Nazi Party anthem, and in a February 5 video he features a "Sieg Heil" voiceover.
Fiverr, the Tel Aviv-based company through which Kjellberg paid the men to hold up the anti-Semitic sign and the man who dressed up like Jesus, has reportedly suspended Kjellberg's account, as well as those of the men he paid.

Excellent. A man of great integrity. We need some pushback. The bullying from the left is getting out of control. It used to be said that fascist don't have humor. If that litmus test still is valid we can clearly tell that the left are the new fascists.Okeefenokee wrote:He did nothing wrong.

I never liked PewDiePie, I thought he was a moron... the fact he was let go by Disney should not shock anyone, "The Mouse" has a lot of rules, and if you break them, you are out... I honestly have no sympathy for him, you play with the devil, you play by his rules.Hastur wrote:Excellent. A man of great integrity. We need some pushback. He's a comedian ffs. Since when do we want to limit what comedians can joke about? Next time it will be someone you do like that gets silenced. The Conservative wrote:I never liked PewDiePie, I thought he was a moron... the fact he was let go by Disney should not shock anyone, "The Mouse" has a lot of rules, and if you break them, you are out... I don't care much for Pewdiepie either. I find him mostly annoying. Now I'm a subscriber though. The meme war has to be won.

Re: YouTube stuff
The most popular youtuber in the world might soon start dropping red pills like B-52 over North Vietnam. He annoys me too. It's because I'm an old fogey compared to his young audience, so his material doesn't appeal to me. So what? It takes all kinds.
