I wouldn't disagree with that.
Claiming that Trump banned travel from China is misinformed though and suggesting his ''ban'' was an effective halt on the spread of COVID is clearly nonsense.
Especially when he then continued to downplay the virus and was still allowing travel from Italy when they were approaching their peak of deaths.

Tens of thousands of Americans have returned from China since Jan' 31st (via non-direct routes) and been allowed to travel freely across the country.

Did you read your own quote. You never used the word effective. You said he did nothing but....and then listed a few items. None of those items related to limiting travel. Stop changing your story every time you get caught making shit up.

January 31: Trump blocks travel from China

Trump issues an executive order blocking entry to the US from anyone who has been in China in the last 14 days. It does not apply to US residents and family members or spouses of US residents or citizens.

The order becomes effective on February 2.

That does not fall under denying it is serious, pushing quack medicines, or attacking experts.
