Fo sho, Kennedy lived like a Roman Proconsul.

He died like one too.

Are you of the opinion that Vietnam would have turned out the way it did had he lived? He sent advisors there, and was escalating their presence. Don't know if he'd have sent half a million people there like LBJ did, but I can't see him avoiding the tar baby.

Kennedy not escalating in Vietnam is just some liberal media Democrat Party propaganda fantasy.

Kennedy was one of the biggest hawks in American history, he would not have surrendered Indochina willingly.

Like, if the Democrats trucked JFK out?

I would vote for him. Kennedy makes the GOP of today look like a buncha commie peaceniks.

The CIA has been working with the "mob" for quite a while. They fund their so called black ops by drug money and so on. Shit the whole term "mafia" and its complete identification with Italians is a FBI/CIA distortion operation in an of itself. Its really the Syndicate and that is JEWish and Italian AND the ol Wasp establishment giving them political cover.

Those myth guys were so eager to point out the jews in that ep. I didn't think it was even some hidden story of American history. Arnold Rothstein, Meyer Lansky, Murder Inc, Siegel etc were all household names and are still well known today. And of course, when the mafia does some corrupt stuff involving unions, politics, or business, there is a non mafia guy helping them who is also involved. I liked the episode, but its not some big secret that Jewish people have done corrupt stuff, or that the mafia influenced non mafia people. That's kind of the point of it. You latch on to some big entity and skim money from it.

I find the internal palace coup scenario to be the least plausible.

Allen Dulles would not have killed the President.

He was nothing, if not a patriot.

Dulles didn't like Kennedy, but the office of the Commander-in-Chief was his religion.

He didn't hate Kennedy, but even if he did, Dulles was not a traitor.

What would the CIA gain? Didn't LBJ pretty much carry on all of JFK's international policies? He definitely expanded the welfare state, which makes him suck by default, but from the intelligence agency standpoint, he doesn't seem too different to me...

Kennedy was just pissed off because all the CIA's Castro plans blew up in his face.

That doesn't mean Kennedy was against the CIA.

He just wanted to be in control of them without interference from Dulles.

Dulles screwed the pooch, Kennedy fired him, but it wasn't a mutiny.

It was a good episode and yea they were for sure eager to point out the jewish connection. BUT I would argue most Americans do not see that connection or the obvious Wasp/"legit" government involvement/corruption angle either. Most people if they think about it at all likely think that its just a few rotten apples. NO. Corruption is the norm.
