Storm got downgraded to a Cat 4 now. This is the most pitiful thing I have ever seen. It will probably be Cat 2 by the time it hits Orlando. I was really hoping for a good storm, but I guess I'll have to keep waiting. I was on the fence about buying hurricane supplies, but now I know that I won't need them. No reason to prepare at all for this storm, really.

Honestly now that we've determined this Hurricane will amount to nothing, we should talk about other things in Florida that are more interesting, like the Florida Senate Bill 128: Continuing Education for Barbers, Cosmetologists, and Specialists, which would require them to take a 1 hour course on domestic violence and sexual assault as a condition of license renewal. Unlike Irma, this will actually affect the people living in the state. I don't think anyone in Florida is really bothered by this rainy little storm. Seems like the hurricane is yesterday's news now.
