However, I think it is totally plausible that, had Clinton won the white house, the GOP controlled House and Senate would be pushing to investigate, and the traditionally conservative DOJ would probably be on board. That just isn't what happened, so now the all seeing eye is trained on Trump.
Modern Dems love Deep State Big Government, so they are in charge of a ton of shit and a helluva a lot of Bureacrats.
The Schiff rebuttal Memo is said to have Sensitive Means and Methods of Intelligence gathering in it. By forwarding this to Trump he is forcing Trump to redact the memo, so then Schiff can scream Censorship or Trump is releasing Means and Methods. Judge Nap says call their bluff and let the means and methods go out.
One of the interesting things we may learn out of all this is what goes on in a FISA Court. Everyone is subject to a FISA Court, but no one knows how this secret court operates.................. sounds worse than a military tribunal. Anyway, Rep Louie Gohmert and Goodlatte are pushing to have the FISA Court Transcript released to see if the Court was de-frauded in the Warrant request by the FBI or if the judge just didn't care if the evidence was shaky.

The fact that now this terrible system installed because OMG terrorists is being used against the leader of the free world is just one of those delicious little ironic twists of fate that makes truth stranger than fiction.
