That's what I've been using too.
I was hoping to get one with a screen, then put a coffee filter on it so I'd have filtered grease.

A coffee cup doesn't hold a lot and I was thinking I'd take the filtered grease and put together containers of it, store it in the fridge.

10 gallons of Shiro Plums picked tonight. Suggestions on preserving ?

That was one tree. I have one more tree a little smaller and two tiny ones to go.
