This. Damn I didn't know they sold them in bulk. I get them at the gas station or I did before the price went up. Very very good.
That's at Target for either $9.99 or $12.99 depending on sales. Way better there than at Albertson's where they are like $16.99 for 1 lb

The first couple of days I was hungry all the time, but now I'm better.

Munched on a couple pistachios during homework.

I'm down ten pounds after nearly two weeks.

This dude has a really simple plan:

Concrete goals. I think the strength goals are a little weak, though. I can bench 1.25 times my body weight no problem, and I am not at the level of what he calls a "Greek god" physique. Still, that's the way to do it. You need specific goals that make sense.

Most people's goals are nebulous or subjective, or worse, they don't really measure progress. For instance, if your goal is to "lose weight", that's just fucking meaningless. You can lose a ton of muscle in an aggressive calorie deficit, lose overall weight, and look like shit in the process. A better goal involves body fat percentage, but that's pretty difficult to measure consistently. Waist size, especially for men, does make for a good measure of your body fat percentage. Multiply your height in inches by something like 0.46. Your waist measurement goal should look like that. Diet with that goal in mind. Don't look at your weight.

Strength goals will ensure you don't lose muscle. I'd say maybe shoot for a bench press that is about 1.5 times your body weight. I'd have to think about other strength goals, as I don't think his other measures were as effective (except the pull-up goal). Maybe add in a squat or leg press. For purely aesthetic reasons, the weights you can lift in a bicep curl and something like a tricep press would measure how your arms look (which, though not at important as your other muscles, play a big role in how you look).
