Upon further consideration, this is a power play to keep Trump from entering office. Impeach Biden, martial law then Trump’s imprisonment.

It appears Biden will shatter the record of Presidential Pardons. In recent history it's been around 200 +/-.

I've seen estimates of Biden pardoning around 8,000.

Confirms Biden surrounded himself with criminals.

Mostly (6,500) convictions for simple possession of cannabis.
Now legal in around half of the states.
Fair enough wiping their criminal records off the books.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
