The feds claim the exclusive right to secure the national border. There’s no constitutional provision for when they decide not to. Texas decided to do so, and the feds are suing them for not allowing anyone to walk in.

Yet the Republican majority Supreme Court ruled that the razor wire should be removed?
Is that the SC or the Texas SC?

In a normal time, the last few dozen lawsuits and complaints from border states would have been heeded by congress. In 2024, they’re dismissed as nazis by the cargo cult in Washington.

‘Republican’ does not mean what it used to mean. Therefore, trump.

I don't think the feds will back down. This is insurrection for real, and Trump is encouraging it. Expect him to get arrested.

Nobody’s even brought trump into the conversation. It’s for real, all right.

I just can’t see the spineless blob in DC standing up to half the states on anything.

They will work on a different angle. I suspect this cools down because they know that they can’t win this way. Hell this is probably a distraction while they are unleashing their real plan, whatever that is.

If they gave the slightest impression of competence, I’d be extremely worried about this. Fortunately, the blob is an incompetent mass of DMV ladies.

It went just as planned.

1. Crisis forces legislative deal
- Deal makes legal a planned number of illegals to replace you

2. Intel gathers information and tracks people, some will be lured into insurrection talk
- if lucky added fuel to Trump J6 case

3. Politicians appear to do something in an Election year.
- Patriot side has someone standing up for them
- Lefties get fuel to say Insurrection, racists, etc
