Germany's interest literally is globalism. It's a massive export nation.
Most of the world is basically enriching themselves on the economic destruction of the American middle class. If it were the other way around I would not begrudge the Germans for saying fuck no to that deal. What pisses me off is the entitlement foreigners claim to prosperity at our expense.

Instead of limiting trade on manufactured goods, free trade should be expanded to include primary products and services. It isn't fair that the world gets free trade on the products they produce, but we don't get it on ours.
