Nice list. But it leaves me with as many questions about your values as it answers. To simplify things I will just list some of the items I think we agree on. Words in parenthesis reflect reservations I might have even though I agree in most part with you on that general topic.

Business is the (economic) backbone of America
Liberty first (freedom second)
Anti-Marxist
Gay marriage
Separation of Church and State (We both agree it exists but I’m not sure we agree on its application.)
Rule of Law
Government oversight (but of what?)
Classless society (by which I mean equality under the law)
Conservationist (with reservations) added 4/24/12
Women’s choice—especially if she chooses to keep and bear arms
(Just kidding, I know that you really mean abortion and I don’t agree with you on that.)
Teach science (but we will disagree on who determines the curriculum)
Prison reform, ( but more than just minimum incarceration, a subject where we might compromise)
Decriminalize drugs
Federalism
Withdraw from foreign adventures (subject to some definitions here)
Pro-nuclear
Liability Reform (but with some cautions)
National sovereignty
No public/private partnerships
Embrace science & technology

I notice that you did not list Second Amendment issues or Immigration. Was that just an oversight or do you not have a position on those?

Illegal Immigration:
Sometimes prevention is the only solution, and if there is no way to prevent something, like drug use, then manage it. From a purely engineering analysis of the "illegal immigrant" problem, after-the-fact penalties are draconian to implement and haphazardly applied, as envisioned here:

You might agree with my stand on "Conservation" too?

Martin,
I reviewed the linked post on Immigration and posted by comments there. In short, like you, I want the borders closed. I want lawful immigration allowed. I would not support post-event penalities or mass deportation. I would prefer denial of rewards for staying and encouraging self-deportation. That done the problem would soon become manageable.

I reviewed the linked post on Conservation and would agree with you in principle with some reservations as to details.
