Once again, I’ve heard someone say that there’s no big things left to create! In just a few minutes I came up with this list – most of which we will have in the next 100 years:

Teleportation (“transporter”)
Colonize other planets (including terra-forming)
"Free" energy
Make bodies (clones, androids)
Custom grown body parts
Customize human bodies with animal (or any other) features
Transfer the consciousness into another body or machine
Cure mental disorders (manic depressive behavior, balanced psychology)
Duplicate matter at the atomic level (“replicator”)
Breath underwater
Personal flight (antigravity?)
Transmit and receive thoughts (telepathy)
Live forever
Cure biological defects (including aging)
Understand the chemical nature of feelings
Create a thinking machine comparable to humans
Accurately replay the past
Raise babies outside the womb (in vitro)
Hibernation
